Results: 82.8% of subjects had sleep disorder. Among subjects who had sleep disorder, 20.7%, 26.3%, and 53% had Type¥°, Type¥±, and Type¥² respectively. The mean score of sleep quality was 52.71(¡¾8.90). There were statistically significant differences of sleep quality between groups with regular bedtime and sleep apnea. Also there were statistically significant relationships both between age and sleeping time and between sleeping time and sleep quality. Snoring was not important factor that affects sleep quality.
